Wamba Kuegou Sabrina Ruth, known professionally as Sabrina, is a Cameroonian Afropop and Afrobeats singer-songwriter born on November 6, 2001, in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Signed under Afrobit Productions since 2019, Sabrina has quickly risen as one of the most talented voices of the new generation in Central and West African music. Her unique voice, charisma, and authenticity have earned her recognition across Africa and beyond.
Sabrina grew up between Yaoundé and the West Region of Cameroon, where she spent part of her childhood with her grandparents. From a young age, she showed great interest in music and performing arts. At just eight years old, she began singing in a church choir in Bafoussam, an experience that shaped her vocal style and confidence on stage. Later, after joining the bilingual high school in Yaoundé, Sabrina continued nurturing her passion for music while pursuing her studies in the English curriculum.

Abele ranked among Koffi Olomide’s top ten collaborations and introduced Sabrina to audiences across Central and West Africa.

The track debuted at number 3 on Spotify’s Top 50 chart in Luxembourg and reached the Top 15 on Boomplay’s charts in Nigeria, Gambia, and Kenya solidifying her growing influence across Africa’s digital music scene.
In early 2023, Sabrina was invited to perform at the prestigious Soundcity MVP Awards Festival in Lagos, sharing the stage with African giants like Davido, Burna Boy, and Tems.
