Papa’s here, and he came to make you dance! Magasco, Cameroon’s “Bamenda Boy”, gives us a dance moves video for “Papa est là”, a track from his 2019 album “Heart”. The singer writes the lyrics, sings and records himself, and co-produces the music with Master Roboster, while Sangtum handles mix and mastering and Laikom Studios designed the cover art. Magasco, whose real name is Anthony Tohnain Nguo, blends afropop, dancehall and hip-hop with Cameroonian rhythms, singing in English and French.
